Content team
Frankie Entwistle
Frankie is OneFamily’s Digital Content Lead. Having worked at OneFamily for more than two years, she has a wealth of knowledge across our suite of products and is a firm believer that investing should be an option for everyone.
Drawing on her Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design (City, University of London), Frankie aims to produce content that is straightforward and understandable, and covers issues such as personal finance, saving and budgeting, and making the most of investment products.

Ines Pena
Ines is OneFamily’s Digital Content Executive. She joined OneFamily three years ago, bringing with her a wide range of writing experience across multiple industries, including fashion, travel and technology.
Ines feels her personal mission is to make complex financial topics accessible to everyone by translating her in-depth knowledge of financial products into easy-to-understand guides. Her friendly and personable style of writing helps her give readers a fresh perspective on topics they might have otherwise have seen as boring.

Leadership team
Jim Islam
Jim Islam has been OneFamily's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since December 2023. He places great value on the importance of education, citing it as the foundation stone upon which social mobility can be built.
As OneFamily’s CEO, he wants to hold out his hand of support to those who don’t know where to turn and to use his platform to lift people up and inspire them to fulfil their potential.
He encourages thinking big, having great aspirations and setting audacious goals to free potential. With education, encouragement and empowerment he thinks that any child can achieve their biggest and most colourful of dreams.

Alison Knocker
Combining her financial background and more than 30 years’ commercial experience, Alison has worked as Chief People Officer at OneFamily since 2021.
Committed to social enterprise, Alison also continuously held non-executive appointments at housing associations for more than 23 years.

Philippa Herz
Philippa has more than 30 years of insurance company leadership and a wealth of Board level experience.
She has been Chief Finance Officer of OneFamily since December 2023, having previously held the role of Chief Risk Officer from July 2016. Philippa is a qualified actuary and has degree in Economics & Statistics from UCL.

Jackie Davies
Passionate about delivering positive outcomes for customers and building high performing teams, Jackie joined OneFamily in 2022 and was appointed Customer Operations Director in March, 2024.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jackie has worked in a range of operational, change and transformation leadership roles across life, pension and investment products.

Dominic Valente
Dominic joined OneFamily in 2018 as Head of Enterprise Risk to oversee the financial, operational and resilience risk.
He has a wealth of experience spanning 35 years’ in delivering high performing enterprise risk functions, cyber and resilience programmes as well as leading strategic, IT and business transformation programs.

Paul Bridgwater
As Head of Strategy and Investment Proposition, Paul specialises in product development and management, corporate partnerships and business strategy transformation.
Since joining OneFamily in 2017, Paul has led teams working across a range of products including Lifetime Mortgages, Lifetime ISAs, Over 50's Life Cover, Junior ISAs and Child Trust Funds

Simon Hartshorn
Simon is OneFamily’s in-house expert for everything to do with child trust funds, junior ISAs, adults ISAs and lifetime ISAs.
He’s been a Product Manager at OneFamily for over 10 years, during which time he’s represented our customers’ best interests in business decisions and acted as a link between our customers and fund managers.

Neil Kealey
After almost 20 years at OneFamily, Neil is an expert at predicting what our customers need. He is passionate about working for a mutual and is always looking for ways to put our customers first.
Drawing on his extensive experience of supporting vulnerable customers, Neil advocates on behalf of individuals with different access needs by identifying where changes could be made both online and offline to improve their experience.
