Setting up your online account

If you’ve already got a OneFamily product, setting up your online account should only take a few minutes. You’ll need an email address and a mobile phone.

Our online account is currently available to Junior ISA, Child Trust Fund, Stocks & Shares ISA and Lifetime ISA customers. We’ll be expanding this to our other products soon.

If you’ve got an Adult Savings & Investment product or Over 50s Life Cover policy, you can continue to use your existing online servicing account.
