How do I update the date of birth on an account?

If you need to change your date of birth, you'll have to contact us. You can do this by logging into your account and sending us a secure message, or by calling us on 0344 8 920 920. Our call centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
