How do I manage a OneFamily product on behalf of someone with a disability?

If you've opened a product on behalf of someone who doesn't have capacity to manage it themselves, you should be able to look after the product by logging into their online account as yourself.

However, if this isn't the case or if you have any others problems or questions please let us know. Take a look at the "contacting us" pages for the best way to get in touch.
