How do I set up a regular payment?
There are several ways to make regular payments.
If you’d like to pay into someone else's account, click on the ‘Payments’ link at the top of the OneFamily website to make an online payment or to find out about other payment options.
If you’d like to set up a regular payment into a product that’s in your name, please log into your online account.
Once you're logged in, you'll see a 'Set up a regular payment' option on the summary page of the product you want to pay into.
You can choose when you want the payment to be made, how much you want to pay and which account you want the payment to come from.
If your product doesn't currently have an online account, please call us on 01273 062555 to make a payment.
