Sorry to hear you're having problems. Please double check the details you're entering are correct, and that you're using a UK bank account in your name.

If you're sure everything is correct and you're still having problems, please send us a secure message from your online account.

Please note, you only need to set up a withdrawal account if you're taking money out of a lifetime ISA or stocks and shares ISA. If you're taking money out of a child trust fund or junior ISA, you simply need to log in and let us know how much you'd like to withdraw and whether you'd like us to send your money via bank transfer or by cheque.
