Important information for our Beagle Street and Virgin Money Customers.

How do I make a withdrawal?

To take money out of your account, please log into your online account and go to the 'Payments and Transfers' tab on the account you'd like to withdraw from.

You'll see a withdrawal option which will guide you through the process.

We'll ask you to set up a withdrawal account if you haven't added one yet. This is simply the account you'd like the money paid into.

It's important to remember that you won't be able to make a withdrawal from a child's product. Only the child can take money out, and only when they turn 18.

If you've taken over your Junior ISA or Child Trust Fund and have now turned 18, you'll need to set up a OneFamily online account to let us know where you'd like us to send your money. Find out how to do this in our Maturity section.
