I've made a payment after maturity, how can I get my money back?

We can't accept payments into children's savings accounts in the two weeks before the child turns 18. We'll automatically stop collecting direct debits during this period, and we'll also stop any one-off payments being made.

If we're sent a payment during this time, or after they turn 18, we'll return it to whoever made the payment. We won't cash any cheques that we receive, although we won't be able to return them.

If you have a standing order set up, you'll need to cancel this directly with your bank.
