I'm having trouble using Yoti

Sorry to hear you're having trouble using Yoti.

We use Yoti to make sure that when we send you money by bank transfer, it really is you we’re sending it to, so it's an important step.

There are three things you can do if you're having problems.

  • First, double-check your personal details are correct and up-to-date in your online account. The details that Yoti has in the app need to exactly match the information we have about you to pass the security checks.
  • Try logging in using a second device, such as a laptop or desktop computer, and scan the QR code using the Yoti app.
  • If you're still not able to use Yoti, don't despair! You don't need to use Yoti if you choose to be sent your money by cheque. Please make sure that we have your current address in your online account before you select this option.
